Netizen stirs emotions online as he shares video of a hardworking man who’s riding Keke (tricycle) for commercial purposes despite being deaf.
The man was stunned to board a Keke only to find that the rider was acoustically impaired.
He had spotted a note the man pasted on his keke informing the passengers that he is deaf.
However, those who would like to descend should inform him by tapping his back.
“I am deaf. Please touch me when you want to stop. Inform others because some may not be educated. Thank you.”
