Lagos corps member over the moon as she gets retained as staff after her service year
A Lagos corps member, Amaka Faith, who recently completed her NYSC program, has taken to social media to express her immense joy at being retained by the organization where she served.
The heartwarming video, which she posted on TikTok, captures her elation upon receiving the news via email that she has been officially hired as a staff member.
The clip features Faith recounting her surprise and happiness upon learning that her performance during her NYSC placement had earned her a permanent position at her Primary place of Assignment.
She explains that she received an email indicating her transition from a corps member to a full-time employee.
“Check your mail. You have been retained. From corper to staff,” she wrote.
