Verydarkman calls out Tinubu’s daughter for warning market women to stop their children from protesting against her father

Media personality Vincent Martins Otse, popularly known as Verydarkman (VDM), has publicly criticized Folashade Tinubu, the Iyaloja of Nigeria and daughter of President Tinubu, for her recent directive to market women.

Folashade Tinubu had urged these women to advise their children against protesting and to give her father, President Bola Tinubu, three years in office before raising any complaints.

In a response posted on social media, Verydarkman expressed his disapproval of Folashade Tinubu’s statement.

He argued that it was unreasonable to expect silence from the masses while the current administration is exacerbating economic hardship.

VDM criticized President Tinubu’s first year in office as the worst so far and emphasized the severe impact of the drastic increase in fuel prices.

VDM went on to point out the contradiction in Folashade Tinubu’s position, reminding her that her father had once supported protests against former President Goodluck Jonathan when fuel prices were increased from N65 to just N87.

While acknowledging the right to protest, VDM condemned the looting of properties, urging Folashade Tinubu to advise her father to take corrective actions to address the ongoing economic issues.
