Police officer, SP. Bright Edafe responds as lady prays for him on his birthday

A young Nigerian lady sparks mixed feelings as she makes a special prayer for a decorated police officer, SP. Bright Edafe on his birthday, today 21st of July.

The Public relations officer, Delta State Police Command took to his social media page on X to share stunning photos of himself.

Sharing the photos, SP. Bright appreciated his maker for his career progress so far while wishing himself a happy birthday.

“Thank you Lord for bringing this far, not by my power but by your grace. Happy birthday to me,” he wrote.

A lady, however, quoted his post with a prayer which caught many as having a double meaning, both positive and negative.

“Happy birthday officer Bright🎉. A lot of things will happen to you this year and you will wonder how and why? But you will look at your two hands and realize that you are just reaping what you have sown!🫵🏿 Enjoy your day,” she wrote.

In response, SP. Bright Edafe acknowledged the prayer while clarifying naysayers about his clear conscience.

“Amen. I know myself way more than you can ever imagine,” he replied.

Many social media users have since laughed at the exchange between the police officer and his birthday notes from his well-wishers.
