Student gets over N500K after online outcry about hardship in school to brother

A social media user gets over N500K donation for his sister after he shared a chat detailing her lamentation about hardship and inability to afford foodstuff in school.

An X user identified as @joyoris_ took to the platform to make a post about the text received from his sister who is an undergraduate student.

In the chat, the lady poured out her heart regarding her roommate who stopped cooking because of zero contribution to their foodstuff.

Sharing the chat online, the brother emphasized how teary the chat got him and to his surprise, well-meaning Nigerians came to their aid with monetary donations.

“Tears nearly drop for my eyes dawgg 😔. I’m ready to grind so hard y’all pls put me on in any way you can pls😔,” he captioned the post.

Following the cash donations, he added, “To every hand blessing her I pray you never go broke 🙏❤️  she’s not even online rn, I really appreciates this so much 😭❤️. Guysss she’s online now,I’m happy that she’s happy❤️ my God, she’s so grateful to y’all 🙏🫶”
