Pastor Adeboye narrates how God dealt with billionaires who queried him over their tithe
The general overseer of RCCG, Pastor Enoch Adeboye recounts how God tackled some billionaires from his church who requested an account of their tithe.
In a widely shared video, Pastor Adeboye recounted an incident during a church service where some billionaires requested a detailed monthly report on how their tithes were being spent.
Although he believed it was unbiblical, he reluctantly complied to witness God’s intervention.
Within two years, these billionaires experienced significant downturns, including canceled contracts. They realized they had offended him, which they believed was the cause of their misfortunes.
Despite not quarreling with them and only trying to demonstrate God’s grace towards him, all those who attempted to outsmart God have since left the church and lost their billionaire status.

Some billionaires asked Pastor Adeboye for a monthly report of how their tithes were being spent. He felt this was unbiblical, but reluctantly did it.
In the next 2 years, God punished them for their pride in asking for accountability by reducing their wealth.
