Vlahovic resumes contract talks with Juventus amidst transfer speculations
Amidst speculation surrounding his future, Dusan Vlahovic is reportedly set to commence contract talks with Juventus.
The Bianconeri are determined to retain the services of the striker, with Vlahovic prepared to discuss the terms of a potential new deal.
His current contract, which runs until June 2026, includes a significant salary increase to €12 million in the final year.
Having initially signed a €7 million-a-year deal in 2022, Vlahovic’s wages have already risen to €10 million.
Juventus aims to extend his contract to distribute his salary over a longer period, a proposal that the 24-year-old is open to considering.
Despite transfer rumours, Juventus remain steadfast in their desire to keep Vlahovic at the club and are only likely to reconsider their stance if presented with a substantial offer for the Serbian international.
Vlahovic’s impressive form this season, boasting 17 goals in 34 appearances across all competitions, has attracted attention from several clubs.
However, Juventus are willing to keep him for long-term in Turin.
