Peter Obi’s aide replies critics of his ‘shabby’ borehole
Says Obi wants people to be angry with what he’s doing and start doing better ones
Ibrahim Abdulkarim, a close aide of Peter Obi, recently shared some insights into how Obi has been responding to criticisms regarding the quality and standard of the borehole projects he is undertaking in the northern region.
According to Abdulkarim, Obi remains unfazed by the criticisms and is committed to ensuring that the boreholes meet the highest standards of quality. He emphasized that Obi’s primary goal is to provide clean and accessible water to communities in need, regardless of their location.
Abdulkarim further explained that Obi understands the importance of reliable water sources for the well-being and development of communities. He believes that by investing in these borehole projects, Obi is making a significant contribution to improving the lives of people in the north.
He wrote on his social media handle, “If the boreholes Peter Obi is doing are substandard and of poor quality, we challenge you and those you worship to do something better that will make his own look inferior
“Don’t just sit and criticize, put your money where your mouth is,” he said.
Abdulkarim added, “PO at the Palace said, he wants people to be angry with what he’s doing and start doing better ones, big boreholes to make his look inferior.
“He said we have more than 10,000 people who are well to do, if each will do 10 boreholes, that’s 100,000 boreholes in Ramadan alone.”
