“Typing this with tears of joy in my eyes” – Nigerian doctor graduates with first class in computer science

Nigerian doctor tells his inspiring story as he graduates with a first class degree in computer science, following 8 years of studying medicine.

The Nigerian doctor known on X as Chima Ihueze took to the social networking site to tell his story after bagging the degree in January.

He admitted that returning to school after 8 years of medical school to pursue another degree was one of the toughest decision that he has had to make.

Chima Ihueze performed exceptionally well in his undergraduate studies, graduating with a first class degree.

He encouraged people to pursue their big dreams even if people try to dissuade them from doing so.

“Deciding to go for a BSc in Computer Science after 8 years of medical school is the toughest decision I’ve had to make in my entire existence.

You won’t believe the battles I had to fight, the people I had to offend to chase this dream. Typing this with tears of joy in my eyes cos I made a first class!! I f.uc.king made first class!!😭

To anyone out there who has been told that their dreams are impossible or that they should stick to the status quo, please believe them 🤭”
