Man breaks down in tears as he narrates bullying experience at work
A middle-aged African man sheds uncontrollable tears as he shares the bullying experience faced at work by corrupt superiors.
A video making the rounds on social media captured the narration of a man who poured out his heart about the mental struggle and bullying at his workplace.
According to him, he was recently transferred to the new office and noticed some non-functional departments which he initiated recruitments into.
However, his recruits were turned against him after he refused to look the other way while corrupt practices were conducted right under his nose.
This decision of his has since made him a target for bullying and oppression by his superiors. Sharing his experience, he wept like a child while emphasizing the threat to his life.
In his words;
“Good evening everyone, thank you for your concerns. I’m facing a bully in real life and I can’t take it anymore.
I work as a spokesperson and recently I found some things are not functional as a junior, I wanted to create a friendly environment so I could enjoy the job. I recruited and everything started working well.
There is this one person who turned the back of the recruits against me, plotted against me and created lies against my name. They want me to do favours for their people who are corrupt but I refuse.
They threatened me; my life is not safe. I wish I could get another job. It’s hurting me and I am trying to be strong. I know I might get killed.”
