The Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi-Ojaja II didn’t mince words while giving his speech at the recently concluded EFCC seminar.
The Ooni of Ife gave a bold speech at an EFCC seminar on the fight against corruption, youth, and religion that has now gone viral in a video.
While speaking, the Ooni dared the politicians in attendance by asking if any of them can go to their area of constituency or local government area and stay there peacefully for a week.
He clarified that neither the speaker of the house of representatives nor the gatekeepers are exempt from his query.
He went on to say that the country cannot be in good shape if the only people who are aware of the problems facing Nigerian youth are the district heads and traditional rulers.
According to the Ooni, while occupying their opulent offices, the politicians neglected the citizens of the nation.
