De Rossi slams Mourinho over Roma players’ personality criticism
Ahead of Roma’s upcoming clash against Salernitana, Daniele De Rossi has refuted Jose Mourinho’s claims about the team’s lack of personality.
The new Roma boss expressed confidence in his players, while providing injury updates and discussing the readiness of Paulo Dybala for the match.
Responding to Mourinho’s previous remarks about the team’s performance, De Rossi stated, “Honestly, I evaluate what I see. I see players with personality.
“If I take a step back and think about their careers, I see players who played and won away games,” he added.

On Dybala’s readiness for the match, De Rossi commented, “It seems to me that Paulo feels well. He has trained at his best with the others, and I think he is in better shape than in the first week,” Football Italia reported.
Looking ahead to the match against Salernitana, the Italian legend acknowledged the challenges his side could face against their opponents.
“Salernitana have a good coach and a lot of quality, especially in attack, so we must pay attention.”
Recall De Rossi secured a victory in his debut as Roma’s coach last week, after replacing Mourinho who was sacked for series of poor results.
