94-year-old Nigerian man inspires many as he registers for UTME to fulfill his lifelong dream.

The elderly man, Adedapo Idowu, made headlines by registering for the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

His story was featured in the latest bulletin of the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), where he shared his excitement about finally pursuing tertiary education.

While speaking, Idowu expressed his enthusiasm, saying …

“I can now attain my dream at an advanced age”.

The elderly man also commended JAMB for their efficient registration process.

He said …

“The registration staff gave me a sense of belonging through the warm reception at the registration venue.”
