23-year-old lady goes missing while traveling to Abuja

A 23-year-old lady identified as Mercy Ogar, hailing from Gabu in Yala local government, Cross River State, has been declared missing by her family.

According to Mercy’s mother, Felicia Ogar, the young lady had been residing in Festac, Lagos state, with a friend but had decided to relocate to Abuja to stay with her.

Mercy reportedly left her residence in Festac on November 16, 2023, informing her friend about her plans to travel to Abuja.

However, since that fateful day, there has been no trace of her, and all attempts to reach her through her phone have proven futile as both of her phone numbers remain unreachable.

Expressing her concern, Felicia Ogar appealed for assistance in locating her missing daughter.

“My daughter, Mercy Ogar, from Gabu, Yala local government in Cross River State, stays at Festac in Lagos. She left Festac, telling her friend she was returning back to Abuja where I am staying. Since then, nobody heard from her again, and her two lines are not reachable,” the mother said.

The family is now reaching out to the public for any information that may lead to Mercy’s whereabouts.
