2023 Elections: Tinubu beats Obi, Atiku at 12 LGAs in Ekiti
According to the Ekiti State Presiding Officer for INEC, Prof Akeem Lasisi, the All Progressives Congress presidential candidate, Bola Tinubu, emerged victorious in 12 out of the 16 local governments in the elections.
Tinubu received the highest number of votes in these LGAs, surpassing his closest competitors, Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Peter Obi of the Labour Party (LP).

Tinubu polled a total of 201, 484 votes, to defeat Atiku Abubakar of the Peoples Democratic Party, who had 89, 554 and Peter Obi of the Labour Party, who polled 11, 397 votes across the 16 local government areas of the state.
