“₦1 million, 2012 Lexus 250, wardrobe, 6 by 6 mattress” – Nigerian woman’s 4:50 am cooking habit attracts gifts
Nigerian woman, @_Debbie_OA has found herself in the good graces of many Nigerians, receiving promises of 1 million naira, a 6 by 6 mattress, a wardrobe, and numerous other gifts.
This came after she disclosed waking up at 4:50 am to cook for her husband, spurred by the knowledge that a colleague had brought food for him at his workplace.
Her tweet sparked a conversation, with numerous people requesting her account details to send her money.
As of now, she’s received over 2 million naira from social media users. Shortly after sharing a screenshot of the received funds, Twitter user @_TheSpiritGroup pledged an additional 1 million naira to support her.
“Hi @_Debbie_OA We love and appreciate how very much you want to build an empire out of a home with your man. We have carefully followed up and brought this to the attention of the Chairman THESG, @_spiriituaL We would like to support your family with the sum of #1,000,000. DM.”
Moreover, another user, @Izunwa_CITO, expressed an intention to send her a brand new mattress, offering a 6 by 6 size.
His statement: “Hey Mumzee, You said you guys are moving out. Noticed you bought a “4by6” Mattress, Use it for the second room when you move out. I produce mattresses, I will send for you a “6 by 6″ mattress. You can dm location then I send it.”
Additionally, @t0bywood generously promised to provide her with a wardrobe, offering to deliver it to her address next week.
The husband of the said woman has also been promised a Lexus car by a generous man.
