In a post, she gushed over how quickly they grew while vowing to recreate the photo on every graduation day until they’re grown and separated.

It felt like just yesterday they graduated from the NICU and now they are about to graduate Pre-K. 🥹 I get so emotional looking back at how far we’ve come.

My 33 week, 3lbs babies are thriving and meeting every milestone. Its bitter sweet watching them grow into independent little ladies. I’m so excited for this next chapter and so proud of them. Your insta-nieces are all grown up.
