Singer-songwriter and activist from Benin, Angelique Kidjo has scored yet another Grammy awards nomination in the Best World Music Album category with her album ‘Sings’, which was released in March, 2015.

Kidjo won her first ever Grammy award in 2008 for her eighth studio album ‘’Djin Djin’’ which featured a star-studded list of guest artists ranging from Branford Marsalis, Ziggy Marley, Alicia Keys, Carlos Santana to Peter Gabriel. The singer also grabbed her second Grammy award in February 2015 with the album ‘’Eve’’.

The Grammy Awards will be hold in February 2016.
