American R&B star, Chris Brown says he’s living happily ever after with his little princess.
The singer recently stormed “On-Air with Ryan Seacrest” for an interview on Friday to talk about his new project “Royalty,” which was named after his 19-month-old daughter.
“It’s very humbling, and it’s very calming,” Chris said about how fatherhood has changed him, adding that his daughter is “mellowing me out.”
He also told Seacrest that he sees his daugther two weeks each month, and cherishes watching his little girl grow up before his eyes.
“Being able to be a father and seeing my daughter from those gradual stages from crawling, to walking, to saying words, to learning different things every day is kind of teaching me patience, and it’s been great.”
Chris speaks on why he will be donating $1 to the Children’s Miracle Network, a nonprofit group that benefits pediatric hospitals and raises awareness of children’s health issues.
“You have these platforms and these positions as an artist,” Brown said about the initiative. “It only matters if you help people along the way.”
The singer acknowledged his controversial past, but said he wouldn’t let his previous troubles define him.
“I’m not insecure and ashamed of who I am and what I’ve been through in my life,” he said.
He added “I just chose now to let people learn from my situation and try to understand that I’m human and everybody is human as well.”
