The Duchess of Cambridge has finally gone into labour.
The Duchess of Cambridge has been admitted to St Mary’s Hospital, London, in the early stages of labour, Kensington Palace confirmed just after 6.30am this morning.
Prince William (32) is expected to rush to his wife’s side, after several days spent driving between the royal residence and Norfolk.
Kate’s second child will be delivered at St Mary’s Hospital’s Lindo Wing, which is where she welcomed George into the world in July 2013.
The 33-year-old was expected to give birth over the weekend, and loyal fans have been waiting outside the hospital eagerly awaiting news of the birth.
