A JAMB student, Idris Abdulrasheed Adeiza from Kogi who scored 323 in the 2024 UTME despite being schooled in an uncompleted building gets a full university scholarship from a company.

Idris gained attention after Alex Onyia, CEO of Educare highlighted his achievement in the 2024 UTME despite being a product of a school with poor condition.

Even though he studied in a school with an uncompleted building, Idris excelled in the exam which recorded a 71% failure rate in 2024.

Alex Onyia in an update about the scholarship on X platform revealed that Bere-mont Group will also donate books to Idris’ school to support other students.

In his initial post, he wrote, “This is the school Idris Abdulrasheed Adeiza attended in Kogi state and still scored 323 in JAMB 2024 and second best in the state. A child who is determined to succeed will always succeed no mater how tough the situation is. He is a star!”

Giving an update about the scholarship, he added, “Good News: Bere-mont Group, owners of Bereton Montessori School and Charles Dale Memorial International School Port-Harcourt, are now offering Idris Abdulrasheed Adeiza full scholarship for his entire duration in the university. In addition, they will donate books to his school to support other students. I love this. More private schools should toll this part!”
